2) Purpose of the app
This is a personal-use application used by the operator to manage and analyze Facebook Pages and Instagram Professional accounts, including creating and managing advertising audiences and related workflows.
3) Data we access
When you connect a Facebook/Instagram account, the app may access the following, depending on the permissions granted:
- Facebook Pages data, including engagement and content the Page can read (e.g., posts, comments, reactions, and related metadata)
- Instagram Professional account data related to comment management and branded content features
- Information required to create/manage advertising audiences via Meta’s APIs
4) Data we store
- Access tokens and other authentication credentials are stored locally on the operator’s computer only.
- The app does not intentionally store Facebook/Instagram Page or Instagram content in a database.
5) Data sharing
We do not sell or share data with third parties. Data is only transmitted to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) APIs as required to provide the app’s functionality.
6) Data retention
Authentication tokens are retained locally until the operator deletes them or revokes the app’s access. If any logs exist on the operator’s computer, they are retained only as needed for debugging and then deleted.
7) Security
The operator uses reasonable measures to protect local credentials (e.g., OS-level user account security and disk encryption where available).
8) Your choices and controls
You can revoke the app’s access at any time by removing it in Facebook settings:
Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites (or equivalent).
You may also request deletion of locally stored credentials by contacting [your email].
9) Data deletion
To delete data stored by this app:
- Remove the app in Facebook Settings (Apps and Websites) to revoke future access, and
- Email [your email] with your Facebook profile URL and/or Page/IG identifiers to request deletion of any locally stored credentials.
Because the app stores credentials only on the operator’s computer, deletion is performed by deleting those local credentials.
10) Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
